Predict the Weather with the La Crosse WS-9035U Wireless Weather Station with Wind Sensor
This wireless weather station--equipped with a remote wind sensor--is a direct line to sudden changes in weather. The station reports the temperature in Fahrenheit and Celsius, plus relative humidity for indoor and outdoor locations via a remote sensor. For more accurate outdoor readings, the base unit can receive information from up to three different sensors that can each be placed up to 80 feet away. The weather station records minimum and maximum temperature and humidity readings within a 24-hour period, and recalls them at your prompting. In addition, it has an indoor comfort level indicator that uses happy or sad face icons to let you know if the temperature is at a comfortable level. One of three forecast icons on the LCD displays weather predictions based on changing air pressure, and is about 75% accurate for any 12- to 20-hour time period. The device also shows the current moon phase (of 12 possible phases) and the dew point.
